By downloading or using Financial Radar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Purpose and no financial advice
Financial Radar is a personal financial-awareness and planning tool. It does not provide investment, credit, tax, accounting or legal advice. Forecasts depend on user-entered and third-party data and do not guarantee an outcome. You remain responsible for financial decisions.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your device and account security, the accuracy of information you enter and having the right to upload it. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation or upload unlawful or harmful content.
Financial Radar Pro
Pro is an auto-renewable subscription providing access to features shown in the purchase screen. Current price, billing period and any trial are displayed in your local currency before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when confirmed. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews and Apple charges the account within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings. If a trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Apple's rules govern billing, refunds and payment disputes.
Availability and third-party data
Market, news and public data can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We may change or suspend features for security, maintenance, supplier or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Termination
You may stop using Financial Radar and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Financial Radar is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from financial decisions, third-party data, network failure or unauthorized account access. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Apple terms
For the iOS app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. Apple is not responsible for Financial Radar support; contact us using the address below.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Contact [email protected].
